CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

FOR SALE

The City of Ponca is taking sealed bids for 13+ pole mounted assorted Christmas decorations including hardware.  3 Christmas stockings were purchased in 2003.  Some of the decorations may need refurbished.  The Christmas decorations will be sold “as is” and must be removed from the property by November 1, 2011. 

Sealed written bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on October 24, 2011.  Submit all bids to the Ponca City Hall.  Seller reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Christmas decorations must be paid for in full before removing. 

Bids will be opened and action taken at the October 24, 2011, Council meeting.
